Norm Hill's practice focuses on real estate, business law and construction law. Mr. Hill serves the legal needs of the real estate and development industry. He represents real estate brokers, property owners, title companies and contractors in real estate disputes and transactions. Mr. Hill represents real estate brokers and appraisers throughout Oregon on regulatory and civil liability issues. He is experienced in all aspects of dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation and appeals.Mr. Hill is admitted to practice in all Oregon state courts, as well as, the Oregon Federal District Court and has successfully represented clients in front of the Oregon Supreme Court. Mr. Hill is also an adjunct professor at Willamette University College of Law, teaching courses on Real Estate Transactions.
Mr. Hill is committed to the local community, and is active in coaching youth baseball and football. He is a member of the West Salem Rotary. Mr. Hill also provides leadership and expertise to the local real estate community as a member of the Salem Association of Realtors' Attorney Realtor Committee. He also regularly provides training and materials to the Association's members on legal issues of importance to realtors and consumers.
Education
Mr. Hill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach in 1991. Mr. Hill received his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in 1994, where he served as an Editor for the Willamette Law Review.
